Delivery Times

All orders are roasted fresh within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once roasted, your coffee is packed and dispatched the same day.

Packaging

Your coffee is packed in resealable bags with a one-way degassing valve. This keeps your coffee fresh while allowing CO2 to escape naturally after roasting.

We use recyclable cardboard mailers. The bags themselves are not currently recyclable, but we're working on finding a better solution.

When Should I Drink My Coffee?

Freshly roasted coffee needs a few days to "rest" before it's at its best. We recommend:

• Filter/Pour-over: 5-14 days post-roast
• Espresso: 7-21 days post-roast

Every bag is labelled with the roast date so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We're exploring international options and hope to expand soon.
