Products
All products are roasted fresh to order. We do our best to accurately describe our coffees, but taste is subjective – your experience may differ from our descriptions.
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though any orders already placed will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.
Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll confirm acceptance by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders (for example, if stock is unavailable).
Orders are typically roasted within 1-2 business days and shipped immediately after. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Your Account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place orders.
Ratings & Reviews
When you submit a product rating:
- You grant us permission to display it publicly
- You confirm the rating reflects your genuine opinion
- You won't submit anything offensive, false, or misleading
We reserve the right to remove ratings that violate these standards.
Intellectual Property
Our website content, branding, and design are our property. Don't copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
